Refund Policy

At Qurban Tech, we strive to ensure our clients are satisfied with our digital solutions. This policy outlines our approach to refunds and billing for custom software development and consulting services.
1. General Policy
Since we provide custom software development and consulting services, our refund policy depends on the specific project milestones agreed upon in the service contract. Each project is unique, and refund eligibility will be determined based on the work completed and deliverables provided.
2. Service Milestones
Our projects are typically divided into milestones. Regarding refunds:
- Refunds are generally not provided for work already completed and approved by the client;
- If a project is cancelled mid-way, the client will only be charged for the hours or milestones completed;
- Deposits paid for upcoming milestones may be refundable if work has not yet begun;
- Any refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of milestone delivery.
3. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel a project at any time by providing written notice. Upon cancellation, you will be invoiced for all work completed up to the cancellation date. Any materials, code, or deliverables created for completed milestones will be transferred to the client.
4. Dispute Resolution
If you are unsatisfied with any deliverable, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to address your concerns and make reasonable revisions as outlined in your service agreement.
